Job Description
Paediatric Physiotherapist — South East Melbourne | Full-Time or Part-Time
n
I'm currently partnering with a well-established clinic in South East Melbourne that's looking to bring on a Paediatric Physiotherapist to step straight into a busy, ready-made caseload.
n
This is not a slow-build role — you'll be walking into a full diary from day one.
n
The Role
n
This position is 100% paediatrics, working alongside a broader team of physios in a supportive clinic setting.
n
Your caseload will include:
n
n
- NDIS clients — neurodivergent children, developmental delays, neurological and genetic conditions
n
- Private patients — infants with feeding/packaging challenges, delayed milestones
n
- Common presentations like toe walking, intoeing, and occasional MSK cases
n
n
It's a nice balance of complex and routine work, with enough variety to keep things interesting.
n
Why this role stands out
n
n
- Full caseload from the start — consistently booked out for months
n
- Strong earning potential — base salary + commission structure
n
- Structured mentorship available (particularly valuable for adolescent/MSK crossover cases)
n
- Clinical autonomy — no micromanagement or rigid treatment models
n
- Purpose-built paediatric treatment spaces
n
- Solid admin support so you can focus on patients, not paperwork
n
- Genuinely positive, team-first culture with regular PD and social catch-ups
n
- Easy access via public transport + parking available
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
n
- A physio who genuinely enjoys working with children and families
n
- Comfortable managing an NDIS caseload independently
n
- Confident clinician who knows when to collaborate
n
- Someone who takes ownership of their work and shows initiative
n
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills
n
n
Most importantly - someone who actually cares about outcomes.
n
n
- Plus commission structure with strong earning potential beyond this
