Job Description

We're looking for a driven Area Manager to lead our merchandising team and deliver robust sales outcomes across the Inner south territory (spanning Peninsula and South/East areas) on a 12-month parental leave contract, commencing 1 September2026.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance people management, sales performance and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Merchandisers
n
- Drive sales performance and in-store execution across your region
n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with retail customers
n
- Manage rosters, labour budgets and day-to-day operations
n
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
n

About You

- Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or merchandising
n
- Strong customer focus and ability to build relationships
n
- Well organised with solid planning and problem-solving skills
n
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced role
n
- Available to work a Tuesday-Saturday roster
