Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre currently operates four Centres, due to our continued growth we are currently seeking a Finance Officer to join us based at Rouse Hill. Currently the role is on a part-time basis of up to 24 hours per week and will suit an experienced candidate.

Role Overview

n

The Finance Officer will manage the financial aspects of our business including fortnightly timesheet processing of payroll, manage accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety,



thrives in a fast-paced workplace and wants to broaden their administrative and financial skill set. This is a stand-alone role and you will also work closely with our external Accountant.

Position Objectives

- Collect, interpret, and review financial information
n
- Ensure accuracy in financial data inputs
n
- Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Maintain accurate and reliable financial information
n

n

Key Accountabilities

n

n
- Process timesheet and payroll, including payroll tax and lodging IASs
n
- Receivables & Payables
n
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
n
- P&L; and Balance Sheets
n
- Xero & MYOB:Proficient in Xero and MYOB for accounting, bookkeeping and payroll
n
- MS Office:Proficient skills in Excel, Word, and other Office applications
n
- Compliance Knowledge:Understanding of GST, payroll tax and completing statutory returns
n
- Kinderm8 & OWNA:Training will be provided on this industry specific childcare management platform
