We're growing fast, and our enquiries are growing faster than one team can answer them properly. That's where you come in.

About the role

n

You're the first person a customer speaks to after they enquire about their move. Your job is to reach every new lead fast, have a warm and genuine conversation, capture the details, and book them into the right next step with one of our Move Partners. You book the appointment. The Move Partners do the selling.

What your day looks like

n

Responding to new enquiries within minutes, not hours (web, social, phone and email leads)

n

Having natural conversations that capture what matters: where they're moving from and to, property size, dates

n

Booking video call appointments for interstate moves and in office visits for local moves, in the same conversation

n

Following up leads with a structured call, text and email sequence so no genuine customer slips through

n

Keeping our CRM immaculate: every lead updated, every note clean, every day

n





Confirming appointments and sending reminders so our Move Partners' calendars run like clockwork

n

What this role is NOT

n

No cold calling. No hard selling. No pricing pressure. Every person you speak to contacted us first, and pricing is handled by our Move Partners through our Fixed Price Move Plan. Your job is to make customers feel looked after from the very first call, because that's what we're known for.

About you

n

Warm, quick and confident on the phone. You sound like a person, not a script

n

Organised to a fault. Follow-ups, calendars and notes are your natural habitat

n

Coachable and honest. You record the real outcome, every time

n

Experience in appointment setting, reception, call handling or customer service is great; the right attitude and phone manner matter more. Full training provided.

What's in it for you

$55,000 - $60,000 + super, full time, Monday to Friday
