What You'll Be Doing
n
Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding customer service
n
Drive sales performance, manage budgets, and deliver on profitability targets
n
Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and efficiency
n
Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, apprentices, and support staff
n
Manage recruitment, training, and performance across your team
n
Maintain high safety standards and ensure full compliance with policies and legislation
n
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers through trust and transparency
n
Oversee workshop quality control, customer satisfaction, and audit performance
n
What You Bring
n
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive Technology (or equivalent)
n
Valid driver's licence and relevant state-based repair certification
n
Proven experience in store or workshop management (2–3 years preferred)
n
Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills
n
Ability to analyse store performance data (P&L;, KPIs, productivity metrics)
n
Mechanical and tyre knowledge across a range of vehicles (highly regarded)
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
