Successful Candidate Profile

- Extensive managerial experience in a business services/private clients division at a professional services firm
n
- Qualified accountant
n
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to understand client needs beyond standard training

- Exceptional communication skills for leading client and team meetings
n
- Cultural fit within a friendly, highly skilled, and technically exceptional team
n
- Proven business development record; fees not essential but desirable
