Job Description

Hairco Australia is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Coordinator to act as the central link between customers, the sales team, warehouse and suppliers from our Melbourne headquarters. You will manage orders end-to-end, provide exceptional service, and support purchasing and inventory processes.

You will work across Cin7, Gorgias, Shopify and BigCommerce, bringing solid communication, attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused attitude to a fast-paced wholesaler.
