Job Description
Located at either our Milton or Loganholme office, this role reports to the IT Service Desk Team Leader and is primarily responsible for providing quality Level 1-2 technical support to employees across MEGT.
n

- Deliver exceptional IT support and customer service to employees across the organisation
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device and access-related issues
n
- Provision, deploy and support laptops, mobile devices and business applications
n
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, password resets and access requests
n
- Manage incidents and service requests through our ticketing system
n
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and support documentation
n
- Contribute to reporting, asset management and service delivery improvements
n
- Provide after-hours support when required
n
n
About you
n
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and delivering a great customer experience. You thrive in a team-oriented environment, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and are eager to contribute developing your technical skills. You'll bring:
n
n
- 1-2 years' experience in an IT Help Desk, Service Desk or MSP environment
n
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for supporting end users
n
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and end-user devices
n
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, ticketing systems and remote support tools
n
- Confidence troubleshooting Microsoft Office applications, printers, mobile devices, VPNs and basic network connectivity issues
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify when to elevate
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
n
- A proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning and improvement
n
