As a Landscape Gardener at Mighty Fencing, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes that complement the company's projects. As a Landscape Gardener at Mighty Fencing, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes that complement the company's projects. This position requires strong landscaping knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outdoor solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Prepare and landscape outdoor sites associated with fencing, retaining wall and garden improvement projects.
- Interpret landscaping plans and specifications to establish garden layouts, planting schemes and outdoor features.




- Select, plant and maintain trees, shrubs, turf, ground covers and other vegetation suitable for project requirements.
- Construct and maintain garden beds, pathways, edging, decorative features and soft landscaping elements.
- Install and maintain irrigation and drainage systems.
- Perform soil preparation, fertilisation, mulching and weed management activities.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery and equipment safely.
- Coordinate landscaping works with fencing, retaining wall and gate installation projects.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest and disease control measures.
- Liaise with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed to specification.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Landscape Gardener.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and garden maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans.
- Experience operating landscaping tools and equipment safely.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Salary:

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $75,000 - $85,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
