The Role

The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of tailored financial strategies to their clients.

n

To be successful, you will bring proven experience across a broad range of strategies, including Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Insurance and Investment solutions.

n

You will benefit from dedicated paraplanning and client services support as well as ongoing training and professional development to keep your skills sharp and ensure long-term success in the role.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

n

- Partnering with clients to create tailored financial plans that cover all aspects of wealth management.
n
- Providing strategic advice across cash flow, debt, superannuation, investments, insurance, and estate planning.
n
- Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.
n
- Ensuring advice and service is delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard.
n
- Proactively contributing to the growth of the practice by building networks and referral opportunities.

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideallyhave the ability to work with all strategies of clients on all levels from accumulation to retirement.

n

To succeed with this role you will be a strong team player with the proven ability to communicate complex financial situations simply and convincingly, with the following skills:

n

n
- Degree/Masters in financial planning (or equivalent qualification) that meets current education/FASEA standards.
n
- 2–5 years' experience as a qualified Financial Planner
n
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
n
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of professional responsibility.
n
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and career development.
n
- A proactive team player who is prepared to do what's required to deliver the best client outcomes.
