Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Interpreter

We are seeking a talented Mercury Service Coordinator and Spare Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team at RIB Force Inflatables' in Coomera, Queensland. This is a full time role and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

What you'll be doing
n
Coordinate the servicing and repairs of Mercury outboard motors for our clients
n
Interpret and process spare parts orders for Mercury outboard motors
n
Liaise with clients to understand their service and parts requirements
n
Maintain detailed records of service history and parts inventory
n
Provide technical support and advice to clients on the operation and maintenance of Mercury outboard motors
n
Assist with the preparation and delivery of client boats
n
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards
n
What we're looking for
n
Proven experience in a similar service coordinator or parts interpretation role, ideally within the marine industry
n
Strong technical knowledge of Mercury outboard motors and their components
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
n
Relevant qualifications or certifications in marine mechanics or a related field would be highly regarded
