We offer in-home and community-based support throughout Melbourne's Southeast. We understand that the key to a supportive employee is a supported employee, and that is our goal. My name is Natalie Chrisohoidis, I am a working mum of 3 young children and aside from my family, building Care Professionals is what makes me who I am. What started as a small business owned by my mother, running from our spare bedroom, has turned into a leading Aged and Disability Care service provider I make it my job to ensure that every employee at Care Professionals feels, supported, secure and protected. A supported employee will deliver excellent services which in turn, will allow a person to stay in their home, with their family for as long as possible. That is why I do what I do. Minimum 3 full days availability (M-F)

VIC Drivers Licence

Own Reliable Car - MUST HAVE (please do not apply if you don't have your own car)

First Aid and CPR (current)

n

NDIS Worker Screening Check

n

NDIS Workers Orientation Module

n

NHHI Basics of Infection Prevention and Control

n

Police Check (current)

n

Working with Children's Check (optional)

n

Passport, Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship
