In the role as a Project Leader, this is what the role entails:

Enjoy taking ownership of key project packages while supporting the delivery of larger-scale projects. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a critical role in driving project outcomes from documentation through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Lead and manage project packages through documentation and delivery
n
- Support the transition into leading larger projects end‐to‐end
n
- Coordinate consultants and manage project interfaces
n
- Produce and oversee high‐quality documentation in Revit
n
- Maintain design intent while ensuring strong technical resolution
n
- Manage programme, deliverables, and project quality
n
- Resolve technical challenges across documentation and construction phases
n

In the role as a Project Leader, we require you to hold the following minimum experience:

n

n
- 7–12+ years' experience within an architectural practice
n
- Strong background across multi‐residential, commercial, or hospitality projects
n
- Proven experience leading project packages through delivery stages
n
- High‐level proficiency in Revit
n
- Strong technical and documentation capability
n
- Solid understanding of BCA, Australian Standards, and local planning controls
n
- Confident communicator with strong consultant coordination skills
n
- Ambition to step into a Project Leader role on larger‐scale projects
n
- Based in Melbourne with local industry experienceFull working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship)
