The Opportunity

n

As Facility Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of the Residential Aged Care home.

n

Working closely with your leadership team, you'll ensure residents receive exceptional care while maintaining compliance, operational excellence and a positive workplace culture.

n

You will:

n

n
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams
n
- Drive exceptional resident-centred care outcomes
n
- Foster a positive, accountable and engaged workplace culture
n
- Oversee staffing, budgets and operational performance
n
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
n
- Lead quality improvement and accreditation activities
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and the wider community
n
- Champion continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
n

About You

n

You're an experienced aged care leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion and people leadership.

n

You'll bring:

n

n
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
n
- Previous experience leading a Residential Aged Care service
n
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
n
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary teams
n
- Experience overseeing operational performance, compliance and workforce management
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities
n
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care to older Australians
n
