About the Role

n

We're looking for a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy reception.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients in person and over the phone.
n




- Coordinate appointments and manage the daily appointment schedule.
n
- Process patient accounts, payments and health fund claims.
n
- Support the clinical team through efficient administration and communication.
n
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to the smooth operation of the practice.
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who has:

n

n
- Dental reception or dental assisting experience (preferred but not essential)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- A warm, caring and professional manner that puts patients at ease
n
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
n
- A proven track record of reliability, punctuality and professionalism
n
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
