Kurri Kurri Community Services (KKCS) supports older Australians to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes.

As their services continue to grow, KKCS is looking for reliable, compassionate Support Workers who genuinely care about making a difference in their community. This is a community based role, supporting clients across the Hunter region.

As a Grade 3 or 4 Aged Care Support Worker,You're responsible for:

- Accurate care documentation using an iPad
n
- Work across the Hunter region (Maitland, Cessnock, Raymond Terrace, Newcastle & surrounds
n

n

- Personal care, domestic support, social support & transport
n
- Accurate care documentation using an iPad

About the Role

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Cert III/IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar
n
- Experience in aged care or transferable support experience
n
- Reliable, compassionate and confident working independently
n
- Strong understanding of aged care quality standards and safe work practices
n
