The Opportunity
n
This role offers a unique blend of property administration, leasing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project support.
You'll work closely with Property Portfolio Managers and contribute to the successful delivery of leasing programs across a diverse and interesting portfolio.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Support the acquisition and retention of tenants across a diverse property portfolio.
n
- Coordinate leasing and procurement activities, including the preparation of Information Memorandums, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), returnables, and annexures.
n
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, submissions, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
n
- Develop high-quality marketing and procurement documentation using Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
n
- Maintain document control, record-keeping, and financial administration processes.
n
- Assist with the delivery of property, commercial, and strategic initiatives.
n
- Collaborate with internal teams, service providers, and external stakeholders to achieve successful leasing outcomes.
n
- Monitor project milestones and support the coordination of multiple concurrent leasing projects.
n
n
About You To be successful, you will bring:
n
n
- Previous experience within the property sector.
n
- Strong administration and coordination skills.
n
- Experience preparing leasing, procurement, or commercial documentation.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and document management capabilities.
n
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
n
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups.
n
- Experience within government, property, real estate, or asset management environments will be highly regarded.
