About the Role

n

No two days are the same! This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced Property Managers while developing your own skills and knowledge.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n





Conductingroutine inspectionsof client properties, reporting on their condition, and collating clear and accurate inspection reports

n

Mapping your inspection routes to manage time efficiently

n

Communicating inspection findings toProperty Managersand landlords

n

Providing outstanding customer service and creating positive first impressions

n

Supporting theProperty Managementteam with administration and client communications

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to build a successful career in property management.

n

You'll bring:

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Confidence working independently and as part of a team

n

A current Queensland Driver Licence

n

Your own reliable vehicle, as this role involves significant field work and daily driving

n

Full working rights in Australia

n

A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Real Estate Licence)
