Business Development Manager - Digital Marketing

About the Role

n

You'll drive new business across SMB and mid‐market clients, selling a suite of digital marketing solutions that deliver real commercial impact. This role is built for someone who thrives in outbound environments, runs a sharp sales process, and closes with confidence.

You will:

n

n
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and targeted campaigns
n
- Sell digital services including SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Web Design, Social & Content, and Email Marketing/Automation
n
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, scoping, proposals, presentations, negotiation, and close
n
- Identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
n
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetups to build your pipeline
n
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
n
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience selling digital marketing services (agency or SaaS/MarTech experience highly regarded)
n




- Technical understanding of at least one digital discipline: SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Web Design, Social, Content, Email/Automation
n
- Proven success in outbound sales and building your own pipelineStrong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
n
- Confident communicator able to run strategic conversations with business owners and marketing leaders
n
- Self‐sufficient, proactive, and motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
n
- Ability to manage multiple deals, priorities, and follow‐ups with discipline
n
- Genuine commercial curiosity and interest in digital marketing trends
n
