The Role
n
We're looking for a Padel Coach to lead, inspire, and grow our Padel program from the ground up.
n
This isn't just about coaching, it's about creating energy on court, building connection, and shaping unforgettable experiences for every player who walks through our doors.
n
You'll be the heartbeat of padel at Play Nation. The lead player's trust. The coach they come back for.
n
What You'll Do
n
n
- Lead and deliver high-quality Padel coaching for all levels - from first-timers to competitive players
n
- Design and run engaging group programs, clinics, and private lessons
n
- Coordinate school sports programs for primary and high school students
n
- Build a strong player pathway - junior development through to advanced play
n
- Create a vibrant, social on-court atmosphere that reflects the Play Nation spirit
n
- Mentor and develop assistant coaches and casual coaching staff
n
- Work alongside the team to deliver events, competitions, and social play formats
n
- Help grow participation, retention, and community engagement
n
- Be a visible and approachable leader within the club
n
- Support the maintenance of the courts, including cleaning and safety checks
n
n
Who You Are

- A passionate Padel coach (or transferable racket sport coach) who lives and breathes the game
n
- Energetic, engaging, and naturally connects with people of all ages and abilities
n
- A leader who builds culture, not just programs
n
- Someone who believes sport is about more than winning - it's about experience, connection, and joy
n
- Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership
n
- Committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive environment
n

What You Bring
n
n
- Coaching experience in Padelor similar racket sports
n
- Solid communication and people skills
n
- Experience running group sessions, clinics, or programs
n
- Ability to develop players at all levels
n
- A team-first mindset with a drive to grow something special
n
n
Qualifications & Requirements
n
n
- Current First Aid & CPR
n
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Availability to work days, evenings and weekend shift
n
n
