Tallan Group is a growing construction and insurance building repairs company based in North Lakes. We're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our construction team to support our growing workload.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivering end-to-end programming, planning and delivery of construction projects for our clients and customers.
n
- Driving safety, quality and commercial performance across all stages.
n
- Managing & communicating with internal trades, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders at a high level.
n
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting and financial control on projects.
n
- Identifying and managing risks.
n
- Upholding a solid safety culture and commitment to premium delivery standards.
n

Essential Experience & Skills

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
n




- Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
n
- Supervisors License.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
n
- Advanced written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
n
