Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join the Marquise Baby team as we continue to grow across ecommerce and wholesale.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside the team to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, manage inventory and fulfilment.

We're after someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, takes pride in running an organised operation and understands the importance of fast, accurate ecommerce fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

n

- Lead the day-to-day running of the warehouse while working alongside the team
n
- Monitor daily order volumes and allocate resources to ensure all dispatch deadlines are met
n
- Ensure all ecommerce and wholesale orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
n




- Coordinate inbound deliveries, receipting and stock put‐away
n
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment
n
- Coordinate with freight providers to ensure daily collections and dispatch deadlines are met
n

Ecommerce Fulfilment & Inventory

n

n
- Oversee daily ecommerce fulfilment and order workflow
n
- Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stocktakes and discrepancy resolution
n
- Manage fulfilment across Shopify, Shippit
n
- Ensure packaging standards are maintained and customers receive a consistently premium customer experience
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience leading a team
n
- Strong experience managing high‐volume fulfilment and daily dispatch operations
n
- Solid inventory management and stock control experience
n
- Experience with Shopify, Shippit or similar ecommerce fulfilment platforms is highly regarded
n
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
n
- Proactive, organised and always looking for ways to improve processes
n
