Lito Presto is expanding our team and is seeking passionate & experienced Barista to join our ever-growing team.

You will have a passion for all things coffee and latte art is just 2nd nature, we have a strong team of espresso legends so if you want to be a part of this new hotel and work next to the beach.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.

Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable café moments.

n

Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their preferences are known and their expectations are exceeded.

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all areas of the café.

Contribute to a positive team culture built on collaboration, pride in craft, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
