What You'll Do
n

- Handle bank reconciliations and prepare account summary reports - multiple accounts/entities
n
- Proven capability in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and accurate credit card reconciliation processes
n
- Prepare monthly Instalment Activity Statements & Business Activity Statements for ATO
n
- Assist with year-end workpapers
n
- Contribute to financial reporting
n
- Complete month-end journals
n
- Assist with payroll processing and reviews - multiple entities
n
- End to End payroll processing experience in Xero - multiple entities
n
- Superannuation processing, including clearing house experience - multiple entities
n
- Reporting and chasing customers for payments
n
- Assisting the accountant where required
n
- Ability to work unsupervised
n

What You Bring
n
n
- 5+ years' experience in a bookkeeping & Payroll or similar accounting support role
n
- Multi-entity payroll processing experience is essential for this position
n
- 5+ years of experience in payroll software such as Tanda, Employment Hero, Deputy
n
- A positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable mindset
n
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
n
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team
n
- A passion for learning new systems and expanding your skills
n
- Strong time-management under pressure and tight deadlines
n
- Full Australian working rights must have
n
- A robust understanding of Xero accounting software
n
- Advanced user proficiency in Xero is required for this role
n
