Position Overview

n

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing sales and marketing activities designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

n

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

n

Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.

n

Coordinate advertising, promotional and marketing campaigns.

n

Assist with the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.

n

Monitor sales performance against agreed targets and recommend improvement strategies.

n

Work closely with management to identify growth opportunities and improve market penetration.

n

Manage and support sales and marketing activities across the business.

n

Prepare regular reports on business development and marketing outcomes.

n





Contribute to brand development and customer engagement initiatives.

n

Ensure marketing and sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and business objectives.

Essential Skills and Experience

n

Applicants must demonstrate:

Previous experience in a sales, marketing or business development management role.

n

Robust communication and stakeholder relationship management skills.

n

Experience developing and implementing marketing and sales initiatives.

n

Ability to identify and convert business development opportunities.

n

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

n

Ability to analyse market information and prepare business reports.

n

Commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

n

The successful applicant should possess:

A Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management or a related field;

or

At least five years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development management.
