About the Role
n
Based at our Kensington warehouse, this is a hands-on, full-time role at the heart of our operations, offered on a 3-month fixed-term contract with the potential to join the team permanently afterwards. You'll be picking, packing, and dispatching orders for both our online and wholesale customers — accurately, efficiently, and with care. No two days are exactly the same, and your work directly impacts the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking and packing eCommerce and wholesale orders with accuracy
n
- Receiving and restocking incoming stock via pallet or loose cartons
n
- Processing customer returns quickly and correctly
n
- Keeping stock locations tidy and inventory records accurate
n
- Coordinating with courier and dispatch partners
n
- Helping out with order-related customer queries when needed
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Experience in pick packing, warehousing, or dispatch — helpful but not essential
n
- Sharp attention to detail and a knack for working at pace
n
- Good communication and a positive, team-first attitude
n
- Basic to intermediate computer skills; Excel is a bonus
n
- Familiarity with Shopify or Starshipit is a plus
n
- Someone keen to learn and grow with the business
n
- Available for the full 3-month contract period

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
