n An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Sales Associate to join one of the Northern Beaches' most respected and successful agencies. Working alongside a high-performing Sales Agent, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every stage of the sales process while receiving ongoing mentoring, structured training and the support needed to build a successful long-term career.

From prospecting and buyer management through to negotiations and settlements, you'll develop the skills, confidence and experience required to become a successful Sales Agent in your own right.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prospect for new business through phone prospecting, database management and door knocking.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and vendors.
n
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments.
n
- Coordinate sales campaigns from listing through to settlement.
n
- Prepare listing presentations, appraisal documents and marketing material.
n
- Assist with negotiations, contract exchanges and campaign administration.
n
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors and conveyancers throughout the sales process.
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver exceptional customer service.

About You

- Current Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration.
n
- Previous experience within residential real estate.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Highly motivated with a genuine desire to build a long-term sales career.
n
- Professional presentation with a positive, proactive attitude.
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
