The Prospect

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our brand new Boutique in Bowral opening in September!

n

In this role, you'll deliver elevated, personalised service while building meaningful client relationships and supporting sales performance. Working within a premium/fast paced boutique/outlet/concessionenvironment, you'll bring strong styling capability, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a seamless and engaging in-store experience.

What You'll Do

- Deliver personalised, elevated customer experiences through styling and service
n
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
n
- Support sales performance through upselling and cross-selling opportunities

- Maintain high standards of presentation and visual merchandising
n
- Assist with stock flow and day-to-day concession operations
n
