Job Description

ARRCS seeks an experienced Multi-Site Residential Aged Care Manager to oversee three facilities in Alice Springs. You will lead clinical governance, quality care, and a large multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred services for older Australians.

The role includes strategic and operational leadership, budget management, and workforce development, with a focus on regional and remote service delivery. Salary includes housing and relocation support.
