What you will need:

n

n
- Certificate III in ESI – Power Systems - Distribution Overhead or Australian equivalent.
n
- Construction Industry White Card.
n
- High Risk Licences (Elevating Work Platform, Dogging and Rigging).
n




- Line Worker Registration (Orange Card)
n
- A current MR or HR Drivers Licence.
n
- Current VESI Skills passport with up-to-date training is advantageous.
n

Pre-Employment Requirements:

n

Attend pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol test.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Setting up new meters and servicing existing meters to ensure accurate readings.
n
- Checking meters for faults, tampering, or inefficiencies to maintain system integrity.
n
- Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting meter issues, and restoring service when required.
n
- Working with network operators, technicians, and customers to ensure seamless electrical servicing.
n
- Handling new connections, upgrades, and deactivations as needed.
n
- Communicating effectively with customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
n
