Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist or Social Worker seeking a rewarding current challenge? Humanity Health Group, a leading provider of rehabilitation services, is seeking a talented Rehabilitation Consultant to join their dynamic team in Canberra, ACT.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
n
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation interventions, including functional training, therapeutic exercise, and adaptive equipment prescription
n
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to rehabilitation
n
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation
n
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to share knowledge and coordinate care
n
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research and innovation
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Registration with the relevant Australian regulatory body AHPRA, ASORC, AASW.




n
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation industry
n
- Demonstrated expertise in client-centred care and the ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
n
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
