About the Role:
n As a Machine Operator in our Sauce Room, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly - operating equipment, following batch sheets and helping every batch meet our quality standard.

n

Day Shift Available: 3:00am – 11:06am

n

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Operate key equipment including cooking equipment, mixers, pumps and filling machines
n
- Follow batch sheets and recipes accurately, from ingredient weighing through to final product
n




- Set up and sign off the line each shift, following production schedules and SOPs
n
- Conduct quality checks throughout the run and troubleshoot minor issues
n
- Work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment, including exposure to heat and steam
n

What you bring:

n

n
- Experience in food manufacturing is highly regarded -sauce, dairy, beverage, meat or ready meal production, or other batch/HACCP environments
n
- Experience operating machinery such as cooking equipment, mixers, pumps, filling machines or PLC/touchscreen-controlled equipment (other industries considered)
n
- Comfort following recipes, batch sheets and formulas, with a good understanding of consistency
n
- Sharp attention to detail -you'll pick up on the small things, like a wrong weight, temperature or missing paperwork
n
- A team-first attitude -while you'll often work independently on the equipment, you'll need to communicate well with QA, Production, Prep, Assembly, Maintenance and your Team Leader
n
- Physically fit for standing, lifting and working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
