We're seeking a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants across Melbourne, VIC.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored behaviour support plans
n
- Implement and review plans, adjusting as needed for best outcomes
n
- Provide training and guidance to families, carers, and support staff
n
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver integrated care
n
- Maintain accurate client records and meet all compliance requirements
n
- Engage in ongoing career development to stay across best practice
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
n




- BSP Registered Practitioners
n
- Strong understanding of evidence-based behaviour support approaches
n
- Proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and within a supportive team
n
- Driver's licence and willingness to travel locally as required
n
