About the Role

n

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Insurance Building Supervisor to join our team.

n

You'll manage residential insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

n

You'll work closely with our clients, trades, suppliers, and office team,



becoming the key point of contact throughout each project.

n

This hybrid role includes site inspections, project management & office collaboration.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage multiple insurance repair projects from commencement to completion.
n
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers.
n
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
n
- Maintain strong communication with insurers, brokers, strata managers, property managers, and homeowners.
n
- Identify variations and provide practical solutions when required.
n
- Complete site inspections and quality assurance throughout each project.
n
- Maintain accurate project records using our management systems.
n
- Deliver a high level of customer service while representing AAROW BUILDING GROUP professionally.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates well, and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and trades.

n

You will have:

n

n
- 1-5 years' experience supervising residential building projects.
n
- Insurance building or restoration experience (highly regarded).
n
- A recognised trade qualification.
n
- Solid organisational and time management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
- Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously.
n
- Sound knowledge of residential construction practices.
n
- A current White Card.
n
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
n
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
n
