An opportunity to join a high performing private credit investment team focused on commercial real estate development financing.

This role offers genuine exposure to live deal flow, disciplined credit underwriting, and institutional quality investment processes.

You will work closely with senior investment professionals across origination, structuring, and execution.

The Focus Of The Role

n

- Support underwriting of commercial real estate development loans
n
- Build and review financial models including feasibility and sensitivity analysis
n
- Assist in preparation of investment committee papers
n
- Conduct borrower and project due diligence
n
- Monitor portfolio exposures and covenant performance
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 2 to 4 years experience in banking, private credit, Big 4, or real estate advisory
n




- Clear understanding of development feasibility analysis
n
- Commercial judgement and risk awareness
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
- Office based high performance investment environment
n
- Exposure to complex structured transactions
n
- Institutional quality investment processes
n
- Long term career progression within private credit
n
