About the Role

n

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue across our bar, gaming, and bistro departments. You'll lead by example, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service and our team feels supported, motivated, and empowered.

n

Duties will include:

n

- Ensuring full compliance with gaming legislation and regulations, including the venue's responsible gambling obligations and protected gambling practice
n




- Work closely with your team to ensure reporting, record-keeping and audits of gaming and cash operations are accurate, timely and in line with regulatory requirements
n
- Maintain high customer-service standards at all times
n
- Ensure all cash-handling and accounting procedures are followed
n
- Supervise, coordinate and mentor staff across all departments
n
- Support senior management and contribute to venue success
n
- Promote a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, respect, and pride
n
- Manage staff performance and provide guidance where needed
n

About You

n

You're a natural leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality. You take pride in your presentation and love creating memorable experiences for guests.

n

You'll also bring:

n

n
- Minimum 2 years gaming experience
n
- Previous experience In customer service and a leadership or supervisory role is desirable
n
- Must have a passion for delivering 5 star service
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
- Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
n
- The ability to accurately and efficiently solve problems
n
- A flexible approach to work is required, with full availability including weekends and public holidays
n
- Current RSA, RSG, Victorian Gaming License & TAB qualifications a must
