Are you an experienced and service-focused Motel Manager ready to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy accommodation business? King Park Accommodation, located in Chinchilla, Queensland, is seeking a dedicated hospitality professional to help deliver comfortable, efficient and welcoming stays for our guests.

We are looking for a Motel Manager who shares our focus on professionalism, guest satisfaction and well-organised operations.

What we are looking for :

n

The ideal candidate will have :

n

A relevant Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience

n

At least 1 year of experience in a similar motel, hotel or accommodation management role

n

Sound knowledge of front-office, housekeeping, guest service and property operations

n

Key Responsibilities :

n

Coordinate and oversee reservations, reception, guest services, room service and housekeeping operations

n

Supervise staff,



allocate duties and maintain efficient service across the motel's operational areas

n

Manage security procedures and coordinate the upkeep of rooms, buildings, gardens, grounds and other property facilities

n

Plan and supervise restaurant, bar, function or conference activities where these services are offered

n

Ensure the business complies with applicable liquor, gaming and other regulatory requirements where relevant

n

Monitor guest feedback, respond to concerns and introduce improvements to strengthen customer satisfaction

n

Oversee bookkeeping, accounts, purchasing, stock control and supplier arrangements

n

Maintain workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with relevant safety obligations.
n Provide guests with local tourism information and assist with tours, transport or other travel arrangements when requested

n
