Eagleheart is a turn key design & construct medical construction company operating throughout Australia. We are seeking a competent Project Manager to lead and manage some of our projects.

Responsibilities of the job

n

Oversee the projects through our processes with all relevant stakeholders including the design phase, consultants, client, landlord and internal staff

n

Ensure that the projects are delivered on time/on budget

n

Maintain strict and protected working conditions on site

n

To be Successful for the Role, you must;

n

Have trade background (or in-depth knowledge of construction)

n

Be tech savvy and capable of learning and using various digital platforms

n

Be professional in demeanor and presentation

n





Have the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner

n

Have high attention to detail

n

Be efficient and diligent with time management

n

Have managed budgets and schedules

n

Be able to multi task

n

Be able to solve problems

n

Have first class communication, oral, writing and listening skills

n

Have a current Victoria Drivers License

n

Willing to travel throughout Melbourne, regional Victoria and Interstate as required.
