VEDN Civil Worker - Operator / Leading Hand / Labourers- Pole to Pit Works

Electra Civil P/L is seeking a full time VEDN Civil Worker - Operator/Leading Hand/Labourer- Pole to Pit Works to join our team in the Eastern suburbs. As a VEDN Civil Worker, you will play a key role in supporting our civil construction projects, with a focus on pole to pit works.

What you'll be doing

n

Installation, maintenance, and repair of underground utilities

n

The installation of pits, conduits, and other civil infrastructure as required

n

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

n

Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure the successful delivery of projects

n

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

n

What we're looking for

n

Experience & VEDN accredited in civil construction or a related field, particularly in pole to pit works

n

VEDN Civil accreditation is required for this position

n

Minimum of 1-2 years experience in pole to pit works is essential

n

Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to follow established procedures

n

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address challenges on-site

n





Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues

n

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and perform manual tasks

n

A valid driver's license and the ability to operate relevant construction equipment

n

Candidates must be qualified and competent to operate excavator equipment

n
