Account Executive - Commercial/SME Insurance

This company is one of the fastest-growing insurance broking firms based in Sydney's Hills District. Established 7 years ago, they have rapidly expanded into a powerhouse team of dedicated professionals who provide outstanding service to their commercial and SME clients. Averaging very strong year on year growth, they are now looking to hire a driven Account Manager to join their team.

About the role

- Convert warm inbound marketing leads and generate organic referrals to write current business and grow company revenue. You will have access to a consistent stream of marketing leads and strong referral pipelines, helping you achieve great results.
n
- Manage the end-to-end service delivery, quoting, and renewal process for a dedicated portfolio of commercial, SME, and personal lines clients.
n
- Leverage strong relationships with local underwriters to negotiate premium pricing, policy wordings, and coverage extensions that benefit the client.
n




- Prepare detailed risk submissions and utilise broker platforms to obtain market-competitive terms.
n

n

This role will suit driven insurance brokers or assistant brokers who want to take the next step in their career and join a successful business.

Demonstrated skills

n

n
- 2-5 years experience working within an insurance broking environment.
n
- A high energy and proactive attitude with a strong business development acumen
n
- Knowledge of Insight (Steadfast system) is highly regarded
n
- Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build rapport with customers.
n
