About the Role
n
As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work alongside the Centre Manager to drive operational excellence, inspire educational quality, and lead a high-performing team.
n
You will:
n
- Support the day-to-day leadership and operations of the centre
n
- Mentor, coach and develop educators to achieve their full potential
n
- Foster strong relationships with children, families and the local community
n
- Support occupancy growth through positive family engagement and community partnerships
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and National Quality Standards
n
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
n
- Assist in achieving operational, financial and quality objectives
n
About You
n
You are a passionate leader who enjoys building capability in others and creating positive outcomes for children, families, and educators.
n
You'll bring:
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
n
- Previous leadership experience in an Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager, or similar role
n
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
n
- Experience leading teams and driving positive centre culture
n
- Sound knowledge of compliance, operational and safety requirements
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
