About the Role

n

This dynamic position is responsible for on-site workplace training and you will typically visit 3 sites per day (1–1.5 hours per visit), supporting learners in real-world environments while ensuring they meet industry standards.

- Delivering practical waterproofing training across live worksites
n
- Supporting classroom-based learning and theory components
n
- Conducting site visits for on-the-job assessment and mentoring
n
- Teaching waterproofing systems including bathrooms, balconies, and membrane applications
n
- Ensuring compliance with national training standards
n

n

A fully maintained company vehicle will be provided to support your site-based delivery.

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is:

n

n
- Trade-qualified and experienced in waterproofing
n
- A strong communicator with a passion for developing others
n
- Tech-savvy and confident using the Microsoft Office Suite
n




- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
n

n

Essential Requirements:

n

n
- Certificate III in Construction Waterproofing (mandatory)
n
- Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling (desirable)
n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment OR currently enrolled and willing to complete within 2 years
n
