Are you a Melbourne-based Change Analyst who enjoys working in fast-paced transformation environments and helping people successfully adopt new ways of working?

We're looking for a proactive and adaptable Change Analyst to join a team delivering a significant enterprise data and capability uplift. You'll work across several interconnected initiatives, including Master Data Management (MDM), the Enterprise Data Platform project, and the Board & Ownership Reporting project. While these are individual programs, they form part of a broader enterprise data transformation. In this role, you'll support the business as it transitions from legacy systems to modern data platforms and tools. You'll play a key role in driving business readiness, embedding new data governance and Master Data Management practices, and supporting the successful release and adoption of new data products.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.

- Developing communications, engagement, and training materials.
n
- Supporting business readiness and adoption activities.
n




- Working with stakeholders to understand current data landscapes and business impacts.
n
- Assisting with the delivery of change across multiple concurrent initiatives.
n

Who we're looking for

n

n
- Has experience as a Change Analyst or in a similar change management role.
n
- Is comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
n
- Has excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
- Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and enjoys taking ownership.
n
- Is confident working across a range of change activities, from impact assessments and communications through to business engagement and training.
n

Experience supporting data transformation, data governance, Master Data Management (MDM), enterprise data platforms, or similar data-focused programs will be highly regarded.

n
