Job Description
We're growing our assessment team nationwide.

You'll enjoy this role if you're used to standing in a customer's driveway explaining next steps, working through scopes with builders and keeping repairs on track.

This role suits someone who enjoys the technical side of insurance assessing and takes pride in delivering a positive claims experience for customers. Most days start with a booked run sheet of site visits. You'll inspect damaged homes, assess the loss and determine the appropriate repair method based on what you see on-site. Some assessments are straightforward, while others require a more detailed investigation of damage, moisture paths and previous repairs.

You'll spend time with customers, clearly explaining outcomes and next steps. While primarily an on-road role, some assessments will be completed from your desktop. You'll also work closely with builders, keeping repairs progressing and stakeholders aligned.
