We're recruiting for a Program Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation program within a complex enterprise environment.

n

This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, responsible for defining the future state architecture, guiding execution, and ensuring alignment to broader enterprise strategy.

n

You'll act as the key architecture lead across the program, partnering with senior stakeholders while also leading a team of solution architects across multiple streams.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Own and define program-level architecture, including target and transitional states
n
- Ensure alignment between program deliverables and broader enterprise tech strategy
n
- Lead and coordinate architecture activities across multiple workstreams
n
- Provide governance, guidance, and escalation support on all architecture decisions
n
- Influence senior business and technology stakeholders on strategic direction
n
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes
n




- Contribute to enterprise-wide architecture forums, strategy discussions, and governance
n
- Drive robust stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external vendors
n
- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects within the program
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Program Architect or Lead Architect within large, complex environments
n
- Background delivering architecture within major transformation or modernisation programs
n
- Experience operating in large enterprise organisations (ASX-listed or similar scale)
n
- Strong ability to balance business goals with technical constraints and opportunities
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at executive level
n
- Experience across domains such as digital, customer experience, supply chain, B2B/B2C
n
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks, governance, and roadmapping
n
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate architecture activities across multiple streams
