We're partnering with one of Australia's leading critical infrastructure organisations as they embark on a business-critical enterprise transformation that will redefine how field operations are delivered across the organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected Architecture practice at the beginning of a major transformation program, where you'll help shape the future-state technology landscape rather than simply deliver against an existing design.

n

Working alongside senior technology leaders, business executives and a Tier 1 System Integrator, you'll play a pivotal role in defining the enterprise solution architecture for a next-generation Field Service Management platform, ensuring it integrates seamlessly across a complex enterprise environment while setting the strategic direction for years to come.

The Role

n

As the Solution Architect, you'll lead the architecture stream across a major transformation program, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to define solution strategy, target-state architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

n

You'll work across multiple business domains, developing architecture roadmaps, solution designs, governance artefacts and technical standards, while providing architectural leadership throughout blueprint and implementation.

What we're looking for

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n




- 10+ years' experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect
n
- Proven experience delivering Field Service Management (FSM) solutions
n
- Strong stakeholder management across Architecture, Technology and Business
n
- Experience developing architecture strategies, solution blueprints, roadmaps and governance artefacts
n
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
n

n

Highly regarded

n

n
- Utilities, energy or other complex asset-intensive industries
n
- IFS Field Service Management
n
- SAP Integration
n
- TOGAF or similar Enterprise Architecture frameworks
n
- Experience working alongside Tier 1 System Integrators
n

Technology Environment

n

Experience across one or more of the following would be highly advantageous:

n

- Field Service Management (IFS, Salesforce Field Service, SAP FSM, ServiceMax, ClickSoftware or similar)
n
- APIs & Middleware
n
- SAP
n
- TOGAF
n

- Hybrid working – minimum 3 days per week onsite during the Blueprint phase (targeted through to year-end), before transitioning to a 2-day hybrid model. Candidates able to commit to 4 days onsite during Blueprint will be viewed favourably.

- $220,000-$260,000 package, commensurate to alignment and experience
