We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our busy Charlestown centre on a full time basis.
n Our modern 8-chair practice offers a wide range of dental treatments, and you'll be joining a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering a seamless patient journey from the moment someone walks through the door.

- Monday - Friday standard shift hours (8am-6pm) - enjoy genuine work/life balance!

- Based in the heart of Charlestown, close to shops, gyms, cinemas and public transport

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. As you may occasionally support chair-side duties, you'll also bring:

- Experienced as a Dental or Medical Receptionist
n
- Confidence managing appointment systems, payments and a busy front desk
n
- A warm, patient-first approach and a genuine team spirit
n
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
n
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols
n
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
