Rewards Manager - Advisory, Projects and Remuneration Operations

What will you be doing?

n

Reporting to an experienced Reward Advisory & Operations leader, you'll join a high-performing team supporting one of Australia's leading organisations in a critical and rapidly evolving sector.

n

With a strong pipeline of strategic initiatives underway, you'll enjoy genuine variety - partnering with business leaders on reward advisory, contributing to the refresh of key frameworks including incentives and job architecture, and helping deliver enterprise-wide performance and remuneration programs.

What background do you have?

n

You bring 5+ years' experience across broad-based employee reward, including remuneration reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and stakeholder advisory.

n

You're known for building trusted relationships across the business, thrive in fast-paced environments,



and have a track record of delivering complex projects on time and with confidence.

n

Experience with HRIS implementations, job architecture or reward transformation projects would be highly regarded, but isn't essential.

n
