What You'll Be Doing

n

- Finding amazing talent before everyone else does
n
- Building relationships with candidates, schools, RTOs and industry communities
n
- Running phone screens, interviews and talent campaigns
n
- Activating talent pools and nurturing future apprentices and trainees
n
- Partnering with stakeholders across AGA and the wider group of businesses
n
- Using modern recruitment technology, automation and candidate engagement tools to deliver outstanding outcomes
n
