Test Lead
n Location:South East Melbourne (Hybrid)
n Rate:Up to $600 per day
n Contract:Initial 6-month contract with likely extensions

n

We're seeking an experienced Test Lead to drive end-to-end testing across a large enterprise transformation program. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on delivering high-quality outcomes across Salesforce-based solutions, customer platforms, and complex system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead System, Integration, End-to‐End, Regression and UAT testing.
n
- Own test strategy, planning, execution, reporting and defect management.
n
- Coordinate testing across business, technical and vendor teams.
n
- Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, workflows and customer processes.
n
- Ensure quality across customer, billing and integrated enterprise systems.
n




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide clear delivery updates.
n

n

Required Experience

n

n
- 7+ years' experience in software testing, including Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst roles.
n
- Robust experience leading testing across complex enterprise environments.
n
- Hands‐on Salesforce testing experience, including integrations and custom functionality.
n
- Proven experience with test planning, execution, defect management and release readiness.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n

Desirable

n

n
- Utilities, customer information or billing system experience.
n
- Experience with omnichannel/contact centre platforms.
n
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar).
n
- ISTQB certification.
n
